How long does shipping take?
We ship India-wide via Shiprocket. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your city — metros usually see 3–4 days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
What's the return & exchange policy?
Not feeling it? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or size exchange. Items need to be unworn with tags on. Start a request from the contact page or DM us on Instagram with your order number.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
We're launching with prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) to keep prices at ₹499. COD is on our roadmap — follow @dirtrabbit.in for the update when it goes live.
How do I pick my size?
Check the Size Guide — it has bust, length, and shoulder measurements for S–XL plus fit notes for each style. Between sizes? Fitted styles run true to size; the tunic cuts are relaxed. Still unsure, DM us your measurements and we'll help.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email carries a live tracking link. You can also see every order under My Account, or use the Track Order page.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major debit and credit cards, netbanking, and popular wallets — processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
How does the launch offer work?
Every launch style is a flat ₹499 (MRP ₹999 — that's up to 50% off), automatically applied, no code needed. The offer runs till 10th August or while stock lasts, whichever comes first.
Sold out in my size — will it restock?
We produce in small drops, so restocks depend on demand. The fastest way to know: follow @dirtrabbit.in — restocks and new prints are announced there first.
