Eligibility

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Launch styles are final sale only if marked as such at checkout — otherwise, standard returns apply.

How to start a return or exchange

Message us via the contact page or DM @dirtrabbit.in with your order number and what you'd like to change. We'll share the return steps and pickup details.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Size exchanges

Check the Size Guide before you order — if you still need to size up or down, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
