This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on dirtrabbit.shop.

Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the stated window, first check your bank/card statement, then contact your payment provider — processing times can vary on their end. If it's still missing, reach out via our contact page.

Non-refundable items

Any item explicitly marked "final sale" at the time of purchase is not eligible for a refund.
